Starting your

Your first


Upon arrival at the clinic, you will be greeted by our clinic manager and given a medical questionnaire to complete. Please fill the form with as much information about yourself as possible, as this will help us better understand your health and what options we can offer you. Once completed, your practitioner will review your questionnaire prior to calling you in for your consultation.


All new clients are required to attend a complimentary consultation before your treatment. Our practitioners have a minimum 3+ years experience in aesthetics and skincare and are experts in their field. Our skin experts will help tailor make a treatment plan catered to your skin needs and goals.

During your consultation, we will asses the skin or hair depending on the nature of the consultation and perform a patch test if needed. Our consultants will discuss your skin goals and tailor make a treatment plan suitable to your skin needs.



We deliver safe, effective and quick treatments for all our clients, and focus on providing our patients with clear information that will help them make an informed decision about their treatment. Prior to your appointment with us, you will receive email information about the treatment you are booking.

At your treatment appointment your consultant will talk you through the treatment and answer any questions you may have. If you are happy to proceed with the treatment, you will be asked to sign a consent form that states that you have read and understood the information we have given you.


All laser hair removal treatments require a patch-test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. A patch-test is a few pulses of laser on the treated area to enable us to, firstly, identify an effective treatment level for you and, secondly, ensure that the settings are suitable for your skin. The laser hair removal patch-test also enables you to experience what the laser treatment feels like and gives you an idea of what to expect in terms of recovery. The patch test is performed on the day of your complimentary consultation and you can book your appointment afterwards.


Same day


We encourage all clients to first have a complimentary consultation with us prior to having their treatment. This allows patients to absorb the information provided and come back confident when starting their journey with us at Premier Laser & Skin. In the case of laser hair removal consultation, all clients must be patch tested at  least 48 hours prior to laser treatments, to ensure there’s no reaction and the the laser is suitable to their skin.

Some treatments such as HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, and DermaPen can be performed on the same day as the consultation.


As our company policy we require all patients are photographed pre- & post-treatment. These photographs are for your confidential file and are not used for marketing purposes. The photographs that we take along your treatment journey serve as a useful tool in assessing the effectiveness of treatment. If you would like a copy of your treatment photographs, please email us at: and we will be happy to send these to you.

In some cases, patients may be happy for us to film or photograph parts of their treatment for use on social media, on our website or as part of clinic marketing materials. We will always ask for your consent prior to taking any images of you and we will show you these images prior to using them, to ensure that you are still happy for them to be used.



At Premier Laser & Skin we want to make you feel comfortable & supported throughout your treatment journey with us. After your treatment, we send you useful information about how to look after the treated area, home care products (as needed) and follow up calls after your treatment. Our customer service  team is available 7 days a week to help assist and answer any questions you may have prior or post treatment.
